Return and refund policy

It is our desire for you to be happy and feel amazing in all of your purchases. If an item doesn't quite work for you, you may return it within 10 days of receipt. The return must include all original tags, customer name and order number. 

We offer refunds for the price of the product. Refunds do not include tax and shipping cost.  

Defective items must be reported within 3 days of receipt via email.

Return shipping is at the expense of the customer unless the return is due to a defective item. 

Returns are processed once a week. Once a return is processed, an e-card will be sent to the customer's email. 

No SALE items, jewelry, leggings, sunglasses, hats or accessories are eligible for return or refund.
